Suffocation Effigy Of The Forgotten

I only know this and the previous MASS OBLITERATION, but still a great album, great review. Live (saw them in 2007) they were technically perfect. Chao!

Who are you referring to, sorry Daduzza? I believe I have justified my grades. I agree with you on the last two sentences of your speech.

TENTH (I repeat TENTH) review of an album devoid of ideas, trivial, inconsistent.
These do NOT even remotely resemble the early GUNS N' ROSES (which may be liked or not, these are personal tastes). Dizzy has never counted for anything in terms of music and lyrics. If VELVET REVOLVER only exist to make money, what's the point of an album with GN'R written on it after 17 years?
"Ryhad N' The Bedouins could comfortably live in Appetite For Destruction"... are we joking here?
Are the Guns just an image? Once perhaps not, with USE YOUR ILLUSION maybe yes... nowadays they can’t even manage to create an image apart from everything else.
Sex Pistols Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols

Beautiful review, definitely original and well-written. When it comes to discussion, talking about an album of this magnitude is always difficult. I like it a lot. I completely agree with SUPERSOUL, a little less with WILDTHING: it's true that music should be listened to for what it is and many gossip-style influences can obscure the sound one should focus on; this is true for many albums, but "Nevermind the bollocks..." is perhaps more than just a musical album, it is a page of history that should be placed within a social context, England in the 77-80 years, which saw its social structure overturned and sparked a very short-lived movement (and I agree with the reviewer here) but, like all revolutions, it brought many changes even in the following decade and perhaps up to the present day.
Paradise Lost Shades Of God

In my opinion, the most beautiful album by PARADISE LOST. I also saw them live during the tour following "SHADES OF GOD," and they were great even on stage. I often listen to this CD, especially because when it comes to their latest albums... let's just say it's best not to mention them...
The Who Who's Next
Voto:
ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ALBUMS OF ALL TIME FOR ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT BANDS (OR THE BAND?...) IN THE HISTORY OF MUSIC.
Queen Live Killers
Voto:
@I AM INTERIST: "it's just that the Queen doesn't get played that much on the radio and TV today"... is that a joke? But if anything, they are perhaps the most frequently played historical band (I repeat historical, they have done their good things, even though in my opinion they are a very overrated band musically) on the radio and TV!

A reunion of Guns too? No, let’s just hope that this little spark of hope fades away... and that we keep the memory of GN'R 1987-90, the only period during which they made sense of existing.
Crumbsuckers Life of Dreams
Voto:
I rarely give a 5 to a review. However, this one, besides being well-written, objectively and seriously discusses a beautiful album that is unknown to most! I only have this one by the Crumbsuckers, and it’s been quite a while since I last listened to it, also because... I still have it on cassette (dubbed and with a black and white photocopied cover... good old days). See you next time, g.g.Junior!
Cannibal Corpse Eats Moscow Alive
Voto:
I share your opinion; I also preferred Cannibal Corpse in their early days, or at least the ones from the first albums. I saw them live, they were amazing. That said, I won't vote on the review because I struggled even to read it; it's tough to navigate through this forest (or savannah) of grammatical errors...
