JamesLayman, I now see that you posted 8 comments all in this review; it's understandable that you didn't get the nonsensical phrase "Fasciari e pseudo-metallisti," it's just a silly thing that pops up from time to time here on DeBaser. One thing you have to admit, though: how can you write "evaluations influenced by one's own tastes"... of course my evaluations are influenced by MY tastes! Then I repeat: I listened to a couple of albums and I absolutely don’t like them, I listened to the single that literally makes me weep, what the hell do you want me to write, that they're the most exceptional band on the planet? I write that I don’t like them, and I don't rate the album in question because I haven't listened to it. Tell me, all the arguments you’re making, where do they originate if not from nothing.

In fact, and for those interested in Puya, I'll shamelessly promote myself a bit: Fundamental - Puya - Recensione di JURIX

Nice, I prefer the previous "Fundamental" a bit more, but there are really beautiful songs here too, like the first one "Ride" or "Numbed" with the danceable part in the middle. Eclectic but never verbose, I really like these PUYA, even though I have quite a few doubts about the new album... after 9 years, I don’t know...

Sorry JamesLayman, but your comment is quite funny. You should explain to me why I would be "ignorant," "pathetic," "sad," and "someone who listens to Ligabue and Vasco." Oh, I almost forgot, "my arguments are bullshit." You're great; you've made me laugh. Now I’d like to tell you, dear die-hard fan of Le Vibrazioni, that I didn’t vote for the album in question precisely because I haven't listened to it, while you label me with various epithets without knowing anything about me. I’ll also tell you that I’ve listened to some previous albums ("Officine Meccaniche" and another one I can't remember), but I like them less than zero, while you, knowing nothing about what I listen to, rank my favorite artists. I took the example of "Dedicato A Te" because it's still played a lot on the radio; I also go to the supermarket now and then, and unfortunately, I remember it better than some of their other songs. As for the other discussions about Rai, Muse, and record sales, I’ll leave that to you, unless you want to include those in your assessment as well.

"I wouldn't call it beautiful, but it's necessary." Great, you said it all.

Bea review. I'll definitely listen to it and just as surely I know I'll like it without being surprised. The previous one ("Runnin' Wild"? I can't remember) was beautiful in its disarming simplicity and its unmistakable AC/DC style. What can I say, nothing new at all, but a band that you really enjoy listening to.

Bea reviews it well. I haven't read the book; honestly, I prefer targeted articles that allow the reader to form their own opinion, even if the "historical" part of the pre-field descent of '94 would definitely be interesting.

I love your Ac/Dc reviews; they’re definitely one of the bands I've listened to the most in the past. This album is, in my opinion, definitely a step below "Let There Be Rock" and "Highway To Hell." There are some songs that don’t leave a mark but that, when played live, definitely made an impact. Because I tell the truth: if I had to throw on one of their CASSETTEs (oh yes, and I even have a couple of ORIGINAL Ac/Dc ones!), I would definitely choose "If You Want Blood..." The Ac/Dc live shows of the late '70s were an absolute pleasure.
