About the little film: I found it beautiful (not a masterpiece, but beautiful), and I agree with you about the cinematography. Carla Bruni... well, I didn’t think she was so good at playing a completely useless character... And Owen Wilson, whether he's in silly comedy films or not, with that face that’s a mix between quirky and goofy is mmmmmmitic! Lastly, a round of applause for the doctor (another key role in the film): the blonde’s father is probably having a heart attack, and he’s looking into his mouth with a tongue depressor. Brilliant.

Well, to tell the truth, when this little record came out, I didn't dislike it. But after 4 or 5 listens, it devastates your balls like a speech by Veltroni. The problem here is the band of idiots who elevate Brondi to "best poet/symbol/songwriter of the century/snake charmer of the 21st century"; unless he believes he is all that, which might actually be even worse. The review is written in 23 seconds and has grammatical errors that shouldn't happen even if you take a minute.

Saw it last night; very beautiful, slow, and poetic. In my opinion, it doesn't just "seem like a fairytale out of time," it absolutely is. There is no time here; from the cars/clothing to the coins/legal provisions on immigration, everything is in contrast. Anyway, I don't know what it was (as it seems from the cash made of small bills) 5 Euri the ticket price for LITTLE BOB, but I would have paid even 15.
