"The unheard-of, which takes place here, may certainly scandalize those who seek in art nothing but amusement or who insist that it should not surpass the limits of the viewer's capacity for suffering. But their judgment would be as weak as their nerves if they wished to deny the grandeur of this representation."

I adore this man... at the disco, however, I can't give 5... often too wordy, a bit pompous in certain passages, and I agree that it would have sufficed to shorten some parts and put 65/70 minutes on a single CD... and anyway, if only there were more!!!... jdv, 3 fantastic links. Red, even if KC are not the favorites, I've been digging in like a plow for a continuous week of listening.

Next, I hope for something from Gabriel or Hackett???

I must have already written this somewhere else... the quality of Genesis' albums is higher the more members there were. Then, if we also want to look at the quality of the solo works, we understand even more why there’s nothing after Gabriel and Hackett's departure. A very poor album after a decent "A Curious Feeling." As a fair connoisseur of Genesis' history, I confirm that Banks may have been the reason for the group's commercial decline, as well as definitely the main reason behind Gabriel and Hackett's departure from the band.

A very beautiful live, Genesis, musically speaking, at the peak of their career. Chester better than Bruford in my opinion in that context. From there on, few gems, many miseries.

flawless album, great artist, always a wonderful surprise with every release!! "Loch Lomond" beautiful, "Til these Eyes" stunning, "A place called freedom" even more. “Looking for Fantasy” adorable little Genesis tear. We need more!!!!

Autumn is warm and there’s tension.......... I love the music of the Jam, I adore Paul Weller and also the Style Council, even though I’ve always had little appreciation for the lyrics and the very pro-Thatcher “trend,” the vague and rather convenient antagonism towards the Clash, etc., etc., etc..... What a pity, if only they were a bit less posh, they would have been perfect!!!
