"In the end... who hasn’t ever felt like affectionately tearing out a bit of hair from that lovely tuft that Bellamy has glued to his head?"... The Sioux brothers declare war on all of England and united Eurasia. Objective: the scalp of Matthew Bellamy. Without it, the drums of war will continue to sound and blood will flow on the land of white dogs, whether they are English, yankees, terroni, polentoni, abissini, or gringos.

Well, the album isn't that bad, even if it's one of the lower peaks of their (wonderful in my opinion) career. Maybe the new Black Ice is slightly better, but this CD also shows that even in the 2000s, the kangaroos were capable of producing some good songs. Three it is, but a solid one.

Well, I believe that Hard Rock (and more or less all rock music in general) was an original element as long as it continued to evolve in certain directions and sought to experiment... In fact, in the 70s, there was a plethora of bands that drew from a common element (heavy rock) and then evolved it towards other directions: blues (like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Grand Funk), progressive (Uriah Heep), more pop sounds (Boston, Journey)...... Nowadays, however, the focus seems only to be on recycling the past, or trying to produce increasingly bizarre musicality (Folk and Viking Metal) that only occasionally proves to be valid, or alternatively pushing further into extreme music.

Well, it’s obvious that Krokus have a whole different depth compared to these kids.... also because, as already mentioned, Hard Rock is pretty old-school nowadays and the bands that play it aren't as original and devastating anymore, simply because they don't bring anything new to the table, even if in some cases (like the four kangaroos) they have energy to spare....

Well... I only listened to the cover of Stargazer and hearing Labrie trying to imitate Dio in singing is truly painful... among their cover attempts, I also point out (entire albums) Made in Japan, Master of Puppets, Dark Side of The Moon, and Number of the Beast... you really have to be full of yourself to think you can reproduce some of the most beautiful moments in the history of rock and metal... like, REALLY a lot.

Great album... and Satriani is not at all showy but just a regular guitarist.

The album is cute and fun... but if you don't watch the movie, it doesn't make much sense...

Well, I'm sorry for you that it turned out this way because I saw them in Folgaria (near Trento) on June 1st and I must say it was worth it... three sixty-year-olds playing for three hours, excuse me, but that's no small feat... Plus, Mussida was really on fire... what a solo on Amico Fragile!
