@Hetzer: ok! The word dictatorship isn’t the most accurate, so let’s see if there’s a better term to define a political system in which one man holds executive power, has the majority in the legislative system (at least in the previous government), has made himself immune to the judiciary (which has been shamefully politicized), and also controls 90% of what has been termed the fourth power. Citizen Kane means nothing to him! And then, it makes no sense to compare Italian reality with the Chinese one, please.

@Sfascia comment n. 3: thank you for the clarification regarding our hero's statement. MY HOUSE IS SMALL, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I WILL STOP HELPING MY DEBASERIAN DISSIDENT COMPATRIOTS IF THEY WISH TO OR ARE FORCED TO LEAVE THEIR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN TO SEEK REFUGE IN THIS TROPICAL PLACE. POLITICAL ASYLUM IS A RIGHT!

@Hetzer, comment no. 15: when I write that: “Is it the people who make politics or is it politics that makes the people?” what do you think I want to express? Does every country get the government it deserves? I do not agree with you: do you think Chile deserved Pinochet in '73? It certainly seems not to me! And I also do not agree when you claim that Italy was a banana republic before Silvio arrived; it was seriously ill, I wrote that, but a banana republic, not yet!

@Superintruder, comment no.8: honestly, I was inspired for that quote by the documentary "Zeitgeist Addendum." I tried to delve into the topics related to monetary systems and the economy, reading political economy books as well, but unfortunately, I still don't have very clear ideas. So, following my reasoning, I came to view the current political-economic system as a refinement of the slave system. This is demonstrated by the transition, explained in many writings, from disciplinary society to control society, which is confirmed by the increased efficiency in capital accumulation in modern democracies. I may also be guilty of radicalism, but I have the impression that all the benefits of economic systems end up in the hands of those who hold the power. Globalization, which was supposed to bring benefits to the world, has instead widened the gap between the rich and the poor. I conclude with a personal observation; every time I return to Italy and look into the faces of my fellow citizens, I see them increasingly sad and gray, despite living in a society that offers good services and having good access to material goods. Why? Simply because the wealth of a country is primarily constituted by its labor force; that is what we are, human resources. "The aesthetics of labor is the spectacle of human merchandise."

Cute, it takes much more to break my eardrums!

Good review, just a little more conciseness is needed. Since I'm quite ignorant about music genres, I would like to know, in your opinion, what is the difference between Folk, Ethnic, and World music?

I listened to this, it reminded me of the unforgettable final quote. Anyway, I preferred Gli Aborti Mancati.
