You read it, right? Of course: it's clear that the Superman idea has really stuck with you...

I compliment him for the little story, because it is well written and performed. I liked the direction, and the photography even more. I find art very, very stimulating when it encompasses so many insights. The "commiseration that certain Germans felt living like animals," as you reveal to us, is, in your opinion, solely a political matter? Isn't it human? Tell me, and kiss me, since I’m a romantic... Come on, kiss...

Does it seem to you from what I've written that the first thing that came to mind while watching the movie was 1984? I don’t think I wrote that. Can you read? I believe you’ve seen the film: does it seem like a political movie to you? Is that your first impression when watching it? Would you define it solely that way? What’s the point of the entire plot? Why not make a documentary instead? Regarding Topolino, I don't need it; I’m done playing around with the nonsense you’re writing. A small piece of advice: change your nickname, Alessiofairide would be more fitting.
P.S.: Normally, I don’t like these tones, but since you insist...

Okay, name me :).
I didn't mean it negatively, but sometimes I've heard it called a "masterpiece!", and that's definitely not the case... It's still a coming-of-age film, and I say that in a good way.

I personally believe that "The Lives of Others" is anything but a political film. It is a film about loneliness, about the empty and flat existence of a man, an existence so aseptic that it drives him to seek real life in the experiences of others. Of course, the political background is strong but serves as the backdrop to the story, one of the countless facets of a work that, like all valuable works, offers many insights, sometimes even just by suggesting them: the complexity of the female soul, the sterility of art caged in state directives, friendship, and especially love, seen even in their less conventional forms. To seek and emphasize only the political aspect of this film is mortifying and degrading to the work itself; it would be like trying to reduce "1984" solely to a political treatise. For that, there are specific studies; art is something else, it is much more. I have always been wary of geometric demonstrations applied to fields that are not strictly mathematical. How can one forget "Dead Poets Society" (a well-made film, nothing more) in which Prof. Williams defines Evans-Pritchard's theories on measuring poetry as "excrement"... Even in the political field, I find it quite a crude and imprecise system, especially because it fails to account for the infinite variables that would need to be considered to truly dissect the topic at hand. Personally, I found "The Lives of Others" to be a very well-written, directed, and acted film, with excellent cinematography.

I have this record! Great album, instrumentally enjoyable and fluid. The review might be a bit weak and I don't agree with the choices for the best tracks: "Sometime World" has always been (by far) my favorite. The bass part at the end deserves a standing ovation!

What can I say about the album? "Steeeven!" It's truly an excellent album and you did a great job in selecting it: it would have been a real shame for Debaser not to have a review of the album. That said, forgive me for my low rating, but the grammatical impact of the review is really chilling...
Anyway, many congratulations!

That said, I wouldn’t want to be misunderstood: even creating highly catchy tracks like "What Ever You Want" and "Rockin' All Over The World" requires greatness, and for me, Rick Parfitt and Francis Rossi have always been greats. This album also demonstrates a significant eclecticism, another quality not possessed by everyone, which the band has definitely lost over the years. In any case, great Status Quo!
