Ringo...a decent cream/chocolate biscuit.

UNBELIEVABLE MISTAKE ON MY PART! I commented on an album I hadn't actually listened to, and now I'm correcting my comment (2), fully aware that this won't matter to anyone, but my love for precision... A friend passes me a CD, "It's the latest from Cynic," he says. I trust him and listen and comment, unfortunately with disappointment. The album wasn't by Cynic but by Exivious, a band that includes the guitarist and bassist from Cynic, or rather their last live lineup (to be clear: if anyone was at Gods, I'm talking about the long-haired guy and the bald one). Exivious' album is a good one, don't get me wrong, still technical death metal, purely instrumental, pleasant for sure, but nothing more. A stylistic exercise, if you will. Luckily, before enjoying them at Gods, I listened to the REAL "Traced in Air": FANTASTIC. A great comeback. "Focus" remains a legend, but this is a great work. CYNIC!!!

I hate you all!!! I wanted to be there too, but Sicily is a bit too out of the way for me! Anyway, I like the second album by the KS. It’s not at the level of "K," we agree, but it’s pleasant. On the other hand, I find "Strangefolk" bland and flavorless = pure disappointment.
Steve Wynn Here Come the Miracles

Absolutely true: no one expected an album like this at that point in his career. Unpredictable Steve.

He he, I totally agree with Sylvian from comment 3!

..and here's the usual contrarian fool: me :). I may be foolish, but I like the album. The use of the piano enriches the sound that was previously entirely focused on the omnipresent guitar. 4.5 for the album!

5: there is no 4 for this record!

Comment 15 "you are right instead. after all, if it weren't for the style, it would be a childish and laughable film"... and you said nothing. Style is everything.

But it's a joke, right?
