The review is well done, the album, among all of King Diamond's works, has never inspired me much, perhaps too similar to "Them" in its concept, with musical solutions that feel a bit worn out. You rightly say that the rebirth begins with "The House of God" (in this regard, I've never understood why that particular album is not well received by critics).
