As I mentioned in the review of dälek, I’m certainly not a rap enthusiast, but this record and absence are truly spectacular albums... among other things, I’m curious to see how the two best albums of the last decade in this genre (at least according to fans, I’m just reflecting that) are so polar opposites, starting from the covers: this one ethereal, abstract, and dreamy, the other dark, claustrophobic, and menacing.

By the way, I think Naked City really embodies your aesthetic through music, doesn't it?! At least from what little I know about you so far :)

The only one from Naked City that I'm missing... amazing band (probably Zorn's best), I'm a bit discouraged by the fact that it's ambient, a genre that doesn't excite me much; however, sooner or later I'll definitely give it a listen. Great review in any case.
Pere Ubu Dub Housing

Beautiful album, perhaps not on par with the debut, which remains THE Masterpiece of Ubu, but this one also deserves 5 full and abundant balls.

Oh, by the way, I found the review where they were talking about it. Apparently, L7 is the term used in America by lesbians to refer to 69...

Well, to be honest, even in video games, reviewers usually just play for a certain number of hours and then only try to finish it if they think it deserves a particularly high score... also because otherwise they wouldn’t stick around :D

very beautiful album, but I stop at 4 because for my tastes it's a somewhat too sweet/sunny psychedelia; I prefer things that are a bit more "dark"; however, despite everything, if you are passionate about the genre, you definitely have to give it a listen. also interesting are the Spanish elements.

I only know the babes in toyland and hole from the RRRRRRRRRRiot movement... anyway, if it wasn't L7 it was the symbol used to indicate lesbians, right? Just for that, respect! ^^

It's true that moments of high poetry like the solo in "dildo" are a point of pride for being a metalhead; however, they've never really driven me crazy, to be honest. Even the video documentary that many praised was nice but nothing extraordinary, imho. Anyway, I'm happy for them that the film has helped them be rediscovered.

Everyone speaks very highly of it, but I'm not convinced at all :/ In any case, yesterday I watched "the artist" and that's something I really feel like recommending to everyone, a masterpiece or almost for me.
