Justified nostalgia, but music has progressed. In many cases happily inspired by them, evolutions of a dazzling journey.
Because even in music we are, as the good Bernardo said, "dwarfs on the shoulders of giants," and nothing of what exists today could exist without the previous path.
But we move forward, always with the awareness of the weight that the past carries, let’s look a little ahead, damn it.

I listened. This timeless and spaceless tribalism is fantastic. I like it. My ears are laughing and dancing!

I don't know if these Afro sounds are for me. They are certainly written with such focus.

beautiful. Maybe quirky enough to pique my interest. Underneath, listening.

Even a cover of exquisite craftsmanship. It reminds me of the kidnapper from The Silence of the Lambs in a famous scene.

I didn't like the story. I don't want to delve into it given the previous experiences. I read it without any preconceptions and I don't intend to vote on it, demonstrating that I'm not driven by sterile polemical intentions. The point is that we are facing a piece of writing that, according to @[G]'s latest directives, is completely out of place.

Nothing innovative. It’s also true that they have abandoned the unhealthy psychedelic atmospheres of their early days. But to call it a bad album, no thanks. Also, the comparison to the Black Keys seems totally out of place to me. For me, it’s among the best in their discography (only Indigo is truly terrible), there are many beautiful facets very well handled here (which you also mentioned), and it’s not that the abandonment of the lysergic attitude necessarily implies a drop in quality. I don't know. Maybe I'm deaf, but there are excellent songs here.
