You've made me want to listen to them. Good.

I prefer the uvapassachemidàppiùccalorie to Nirvana. Enough with Nirvana, damn it... Am I saying something outrageous? Yes, I am. Without the premature death of poor Kurt, we wouldn’t be here talking about it still. A young death amplifies virtues, transfiguring them, a mournful consolation for the injustice of the Gods. Maybe. Uh. I still cinquo you for the same reason, yes.

Anastasis also left me a bit lukewarm. I still need to listen to it in full, but what I have already caught sounds like a step forward. Dionisiaca receives.

Eh. Incisive analysis. And now let’s move on to the listening. It promises to be demanding, so it requires optimal conditions.
Isis Clearing the Eye

Excellent mention. Usually, I'm not a consumer of music DVDs, but given that it's a testament to a (sadly) extinct giant, the work takes on a certain weight. In light of their sparse discography, even more so. So I might bend the rule a bit, and besides, I've never seen them live.
You've evoked groups and atmospheres that, for me, have nothing to do with the sounds of Isis (Joy Division and Cure), but I know that you're essentially sharing your personal impressions and not absolute aesthetic references.
Nice one... and what nostalgia.
