The unworthy farewell of the fat man from Milan still cries for revenge. After all that was done to get him back on his feet. There’s satisfaction in knowing that the last true ronie we saw was in the Nerazzurri jersey. Good luck with your exam... now I understand why you prefer work over your uicchend! Don’t tell me there are no appealing colleagues, for fuck's sake!
Anyway, you're hitting an open door; I work mainly with women, and it's full of hostesses around here... a pleasure for the eyes. PS "almost biologist" because I didn't finish taking exams, but I got halfway and that's where I'll stay forever. I had too many other dumb things on my mind and working and studying was too much; I preferred to live.

I turn blood into numbers. I'm an almost biologist, and being a technician (no matter how high the responsibility is) is a hell of a bore, even though the ultra-advanced technology at my disposal helps out. This is one of the huge centers in Milan where all kinds of medical and laboratory investigations are conducted. Whenever some scandal involving the Rossoneri breaks, I can expect to see it at the bar after its echo or MRI. Scandals come here, and I've seen them all pass through... even that fat guy. I was in the elevator with him and wanted to headbutt him, but my lab coat (and a guaranteed dismissal) held me back. I have 30 minutes for lunch (which stretch to 60 with coffee) in the internal cafeteria. What do you do?

I have Queensryche. Sigh... this damned Monday prevents me from messing around as I would like. For me, Monday is always a frenzy. I work in a (big) laboratory for analysis, and on days like this, I have to tackle what piled up on Saturday.

Thank you Coelum, I will also take your suggestions into account. But which of these has a harsher sound (which I should prefer)?

Don't worry, I was curious to hear them. As for The Mars Volta, if you don't like them, I'll refund you!
And now... lunch break. Let's head to the cafeteria.

Our approach is similar then. With Battiato, you’re opening a door wide; the trilogy "Patriots," "Arca di Noè," "La Voce del Padrone" (a masterpiece). I haven't fully listened to the latest from Conte yet, but it's not bad; certainly, he can stick 80 euros up that place, I agree. Years ago I managed to see him for a much lower price at Smeraldo (lira were still around). Led Zeppelin would surely appeal to you, great blues rock with some prog undertones, I’d say (maybe someone would kill me for that description); their songs sometimes have elongated tempos. Start with a nice compilation that you won't regret. If you want to listen to Pink Floyd, go with "Dark Side of the Moon." They had a whole evolution, and you’ve only heard one of their last mediocre works. Psychedelic in the beginning, less experimental in the end. Mars Volta, go for the first one "De-Loused in the Comatorium," prog with some really hard sounds. Wonderful, grab it. I’ll finally listen to DT following your advice.

Yes, I also oscillate between classics (Zeppelin, early Metallica, Doors, Pink Floyd... but I've never been able to digest Queen) and alternative rock novelties like Queens of the Stone Age, RATM, Interpol, Porcupine Tree, Tool (which I truly adore), Mars Volta, Nine Inch Nails, Pixies. Then, loosely, I also like certain electronic music. Regarding Italian artists, there’s not much; the good ones are those three or four you mentioned (with the addition of Paolo Conte, a true poet). I could like DT, but their fans' absolutism has made me detest them. So recommend me their best ones since you seem like a wise person with a sense of humor. I hang around here to get some tips; I don’t consider myself a music connoisseur, and some of my current favorite bands I've discovered precisely by educating myself on these pages. If I look at the homepage now and read the bands featured, I realize even more how clueless I am about this... I only know, what, three bands, damn it!

It seems that Yo has a more "musical" approach than ours, more prepared, more knowledgeable... more everything. Damn, we have to wait for the next review from Martina/Paolo then to avoid pissing people off. Alright, let's talk about music... what are you listening to?

The fact of clinging to (a good) Adriano doesn’t really make me feel at ease. A blacksmith like Muntari, in my opinion, is essential for every team; just look at how Brazil fared in the last World Cup without a single midfielder in the center. If your weekends keep going like this, I’ll organize one for you in this shitty chaotic (but that I love) city.

Ola fish, hi Yo, I know you’re there. Bad news, the game is lagging, there's growing anxiety, and, as the cherry on top, Samuel is hurt. I’m starting to hear some unsettling creaks.
So fish? Have you managed to bait any eighteen-year-olds that are more than just anthropomorphic and that sparked a little interest? And above all, did you win at tressette? My tournament went so-so: tenth out of 38 but lost in the round of 16, 3-2 (and lost one set by a point) against the finalist. I was top four, damn it.
