Review written in the usual hallucinatory style typical of Rivoli. In my opinion, this is a rather "average" album in Bowie's discography; I prefer other works, and it definitely doesn’t strike me as one of the great albums. As already noted, 1.Outside from 15 years later is a completely different record. Honestly, I even prefer Earthling to this one.
