Phil Collins Face Value
Voto:
The only ones worth listening to are In The Air Tonight and Tomorrow Never Knows, while this version of Behind The Lines is, in my opinion, unlistenable. I definitely prefer the subsequent Hello, I Must Be Going! to Face Value, leaving aside the usual horrendous tracks with horns by E,W&F.

First very good review, album just downloaded.
Emerson, Lake & Palmer Brain Salad Surgery
Voto:
I wouldn't absolutely call it a masterpiece, but it's definitely a good album. The downside, in my opinion, is Emerson's sometimes exasperating virtuosity, which is too "invasive" at points. For this reason, I prefer Tony Banks a thousand times over. 3.5.

Well, it's the first time I've seen two users (the reviewer and Roby86) with the same profile picture...
Metallica Death Magnetic

Haha, nothing to be done...useless appeals apparently...
Brian Eno Music For Films
Voto:
Interesting work, although a bit heavy... I think that for composing the soundtrack for Blade Runner, Vangelis (another great) was quite inspired by this album.
Brian Eno Before and After Science
Voto:
The rhythmic section of No One Receiving and King's Lead Hat is very beautiful, along with the unmistakable atmospheres of the second half of the album.
Brian Eno Another Green World
Voto:
Very beautiful, I really like The Big Ship and Becalmed.
Brian Eno & J. Peter Schwalm Drawn From Life
Voto:
The name Peter Schwalm is new to me; I think this work might interest me.
