Liquid Liquid Slip in and Out of Phenomenon

Great Liquid Liquid. And great you for having resurrected them.
Slo Burn Amusing The Amazing

It was a great EP... personally, it was the only post-Kyuss project by John Garcia that I really liked. "July" was amazing.
Soul Asylum "Grave Dancers Union"

The first albums were decent. Here, in my opinion, they were well done. 'Runaway Train' was played on the radio and on MTV in a continuous loop in '93/'94... along with 'What's Up' by the now mostly forgotten 4 Non Blondes. Two songs that made me detest. Yes, in hindsight better them than Giusy Ferreri, though...
System Of A Down "System Of A Down"

The only one of theirs that I liked.
Brigate Rosse Aldo Moro

Very smooth writing. I won’t comment on the subject. I stopped racking my brain over certain topics years ago and vowed never to do so on the web. I save myself a lot of trouble.
Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band

Musically at times interesting but... as soon as that sewer of a mouth opens... BRRR. When ineptitude tries to pass itself off as avant-garde.
Fire! She Sleeps, She Sleeps

'Without Noticing' is, for me, a masterpiece in progress. I will get this as soon as possible.
Afghan Whigs "Black Love"

the three was at the reception. Not at the club.

Apart from "Up In It" and partially "Congregation," these guys didn't really drive me crazy. I saw them live back in the "Gentlemen" days, which everyone considers their crowning achievement, but I wasn't particularly blown away. I only know the single 'Honky's Ladder.' I listened to "1965" at the time, but... nothing. Maximum respect for Greg Dulli and the crew, though. They still remain a great band. Maybe I should give them another listen... perhaps with age.
