There were beautiful things in the soundtrack. At least, that's what I remember. Millennia have passed...

I wouldn't know. For me, when everyone starts to sound the same, with the same imprint, the same lyrics that seem like verses from monkeys in heat, a trend is already on its way out. The so-called 'trap' Italiota (which arrived 10 years late in our parts and is completely out of context while in the US it's already old news; now it's Chicago's Drill that's in the spotlight) already has the worm coming out of its nostrils. By the time 13-year-olds start growing hair on their scrotums, 90% of these people will be making a fine appearance in the cemetery of memories alongside various Tokio Hotel and clones and any other teenage fad (because that's what it is) we've seen come and go, annoy us, and vanish without leaving a trace over all these years.

I’ve always found Stefanone likable. I say this with no irony. He has great musical knowledge and seems to be a pleasant and humble person, at least on the surface. Too bad his stuff has never conveyed anything to me, zero, nada. Except for a few things he did with Porcupine Tree in the '90s, like "Metanoia," I’ve always found his music precise, hyper-produced, polished, and sterile. Maybe it’s because I’ve always preferred Barrett over Gilmour, and Wilson seemed to aspire to be the spitting image of Gilmour. In recent years, I know he has turned more towards pop, but I've never listened to anything, aside from his interviews.

Personal opinion, but I thought they sucked even back in '94. Nothing personal, just my tastes. Great review, though. I've listened to a couple of tracks from the album, but it would be better if I kept quiet about it, out of delicacy.

Still around, huh? Christ! Anyway, maximum respect for MoltHeni. Even though, as I recall, he drove me crazy... I saw him play live a couple of times in venues about 10-15 years ago. I found him unbearable. Especially his singing. But hey, it's just a matter of taste. Great review.

In my opinion, the peak of their saga. And by their saga, I mean the entire saga, including CCCP.
