@Enbar, if Che had defeated asthma, he would probably be remembered now for his feats on the rugby fields (those who coached him and played alongside him spoke of him as a talented player; it’s no coincidence he learned to play in Cordoba).

Well, as a convinced fan of R.E.M., I have to say: it's an album that hasn't convinced me, never passionate. This and "Reveal" are the only two albums of theirs that I can't listen to, except for two or three songs. The review is unnecessary.

No, it doesn't exist, but the choice of these photos is not random. In all of them, regardless of the meanings that are often interpreted (often not the real ones), there is a common thread of anguish and defeat of man (man understood as an individual, not as the human race). Could this be the underlying reason that Enbar wants to convey in this sequence? I don't know; if I did, I would have inserted myself into a debate without a reason, like the one in the photo of Ernesto Guevara. I see pain encapsulated and a world that does not understand it, whether for ideological reasons (the photo of the "Che") or for supposed different needs. The moment of joyful photos will come; this is not it.

Damn it! You guys review all the best Black stuff this year so well, stealing it from the special lists.

I had already read what you wrote about this, add to it that good man Dorella must be quite a nice record.

Decent record, like Psycho I opt for the lesser medium.

At work, we sometimes buy these hefty monographic volumes on Art; I don’t know if you’re familiar with them. We keep two prominently displayed: one on Caravaggio and the other one specifically on Hopper. Occasionally, users take the Caravaggio book, flip through it, and maybe photocopy a few pages. The Hopper one, on the other hand, I only browse after library hours when I’ve finished my regular routine and any other tasks they assign me that, in theory, shouldn't concern me. Perhaps anyone who wants to take it will do like with the cash register: smash through the glass door and walk in.

It seems to me, from what you wrote, that I've missed the event of the year (or perhaps of the last 150 years).

"Never stop in the face of obstacles, even if the only weapon you have at your disposal, besides irony, is beer." Before writing these words, did you peek into my head? Checking, I notice that the library in the town next to mine has a DVD copy. A sign? Speròm
