Yes, the "Canzoniere" dedicated almost entirely to Madonna Laura by Petrarch. As I repeat, I like my name, don’t hold it against me; let’s just say I seized the opportunity to explain that the ambiguity shared by these definite articles present in our nicknames actually doesn’t exist, since "la" in my case is a proper name. I apologize; I know for sure that you couldn't possibly overlook the substantial and obvious differences in my writing style compared to that of Il_Paolo. I renew my respects.

Thank you very much, for hiding your doubt about my identity behind that dash :). My name is Laura, and it’s a pleasure to meet you. "la" stands for my name, an abbreviation written in lowercase to not give much importance to something so generic that greatly diverges from the individuality and uniqueness of each person (but I do like my name!); and "rock" for my obvious and declared love for the music genre and for the very meaning of the term linked to a special person in my life. That said, you have my utmost respect, and I assure you it was not my intention to copy the nickname of Il_Paolo. Bye ;)

I'm arriving late; the review has already been extensively and deservedly commented on. Unfortunately, I don't have time now to read all the posts, so in an attempt not to repeat compliments that have certainly already been given by your many well-deserved admirers, I limit myself to saying that even in a guise that isn't exactly your own, you handle it with astonishing skill. I've never really approached Jazz too closely, even though my intent is to broaden my "limited" musical landscape. Who knows, maybe one day I will approach it, humbly and timidly, as befits an initiate who feels almost like a violator...

Setting aside the fact that Di Caprio is not my favorite actor, I must admit that his performance impressed me. Engaging, expressive, inspired. I found him surprisingly perfect for the role. It seems (though this is not certain) that he is even ashamed of this film. What a pity. For me, one of his most deserving works.
