Even though I’m a fan of the Purple, I don’t own this one; let’s say that for me they are essentially the MK II. From the remaining line-ups, I only have the excellent Burn and the last two with Morse, which aren’t half bad. The review is appreciated, especially by someone who doesn’t know the LP in question at all; in some way, you provide a minute-by-minute commentary of the album, guiding me in navigating through its listening! On the other hand, it seems a bit biased as a review, but that’s okay... great debut, welcome!

however, I don't own the album, but I obviously know the famous "sorry etc etc.."
Gillan Gillan (aka The Japanese Album)

Another good performance this time, deep-frenk, despite a few minor flaws (you can't listen to that lovely album). I didn't understand one thing, so the reviewed album is Gillan + some tracks from Mr. Universe?

The review is excellent between proposal and writing, but in some instances, I couldn't follow the thread... it would be a 4.75 but I can't leave 3 comments in a row... anyway, I don't understand one thing... how can you give a rating of 5 to the work if you've only heard it in snippets?

So the review isn't just about the first album, but it's an analysis of the entire work, right? That disc 1 is quite misleading...

Seen in Pistoia last year at an incredibly powerful concert, they are a guarantee... I enjoy listening to the last two studio albums of the Purple, and it seems like another one is on the way, even if the wait can't be agonizing... The review is written with passion, as noted above, I align myself with the opinion expressed in the review above!

I enjoyed the review; you write very well even if I don't share your opinion on the work! You kept me engaged in several parts, although there are moments when the track by track becomes redundant and a bit boring... The closing phrase "an album that every rocker and non should absolutely make their own" screams for attention to me; it's a strong statement that I don't agree with... but you did well! In conclusion, I think the track by track is useful only regarding certain works; maybe next time try to "tighten it up" a bit more and look for synonyms instead of repeating the same word multiple times... until next time!

For me, it is difficult to fully understand the writing, but the proposal is truly interesting.
