a review as useful as a pair of flip-flops in Alaska. A truly pathetic album, just a couple of decent tracks that don't make us prefer the weather to MTV when we're cooking.
Meat Puppets Too High to Die

Unacceptable review. Aside from being too short and half-repeating worn-out stuff like the relationship with Nirvana and the unplagged (enough already!), it’s truly laughable to consider the Meat Puppets as forerunners of stoner. Maybe that role belongs to Blue Cheer and Hawkwind; what does 80s desert rock have to do with stoner except for the desert??? The album is mediocre.
