Hahaha! I'm glad to hear that.

Why don't you rely on the generously provided link by Ole in post n°5???

Thank you, Terry (it's the first time you vote for me!), Ardalo (you know me by now), Omahaceleb (I’m crazy about the cover).. @Ole: Look, I fully realize that, until a little while ago, (due to too much enthusiasm and a desire for redemption for the genres I favor) I tended to inflate this blessed 5, and if I were to review certain things again I'm not sure the rating would be the same... But this time, after deep contemplation, I have come to the conclusion that this album is indeed a masterpiece. I am personally convinced of it.

@Elio: But of course! The pleasure is mine. @Ole: I'm glad you like it.. As for the unease generated by the listening experience, I’ll say again that we are confronted with something very singular.. because contrary to the bloodlust flaunted in tracks like "Drip Drip," here there is a hidden yet looming tension, an alienating contrast between the seemingly lively "disturbed" instruments and Derek's murderous ramblings (especially in the title track)... In this case, not being well-versed in English unfortunately detracts a lot from the work's charm.

Beautifully written, burning with a vivid passion for a group I haven't followed in a long time, so I don't know what to say about the concert... Maybe it's because I've always had a soft spot for the English moors rather than our own... well... Of course, while acknowledging the undeniable value of Felona e Sorona, elevating it to the peak and an absolute reference point for the entire movement seems a bit daring to me... but it is what it is :p

Thank you Hell! Actually, I'll let you in on a little secret—I have a slight (but not too slight) fondness for tea... with biscuits... very English.. ;)

Thank you guys, I’m glad you appreciate it... but I have some doubts: first of all, where the hell has the support teacher of Metadone gone, otherwise he gets confused by himself?? Then I find myself forced to disagree with my colleague (haha, I've gotten into character!) because giving just over 3 stars to the work presented above personally borders on heresy, however, indeed, with the sacrosanct "de gustibus" there is no arguing. The connection to Comus arises automatically, talking about both acid prog-folk and intrinsic madness, because if you have listened carefully to the atmosphere changes and the lyrics of the Jan Dukes album, you can't tell me that you don't find common points. With this, I don't want to make pointless comparisons, but simply to say that this genre has reached more than one peak (at least in my opinion). Certainly, the deeply nocturnal airs of Comus here are replaced by rather hybrid ones, which, contrasting with the message of the pieces, make the proposal even more disorienting and ambiguous. For me, it’s simply genius. @Easycure: The album consists of only three tracks and has a structure "à la Relayer" (or Close to the Edge if you prefer), that is, a suite occupying the entire side A (in this case touching 19 minutes) and two other tracks on side B (also quite long considering the almost 13 minutes of the first and the abundant 8 of the second), so I regret to say that you will have to arm yourself with saintly patience if you want to listen to it :)

Generally speaking, for every user I love, I include one of their reviews among the recommended... And this one, I think, is definitely theirs... Oh yes.
