I don't know if it's the wine, but my brain got a bit tangled up reading it. A bit like when I listen to My Bloody Valentine.

I only have "Dog Man Star" but it doesn't drive me crazy, maybe I should try listening to it again, I've put it aside for a while.

Well, I don't think I'll ever try listening to them, but I was intrigued by the presence of the female voice from Rose Windows, who released a couple of pretty good albums (the last one last year), too bad they've already disbanded.

I will definitely see him, I expect a lot.

Ah, I found it strange that the new album had already been released! I'm definitely passing on this one, especially since the tracks, at least from how you describe them, seem quite forgettable.

I listened to some Gong with a friend of mine (I don't remember what album he had) about ten years ago when we were really into psychedelia. I don't remember much though, maybe also because of the rather alcoholic listening experience :D

Recently, I’ve been listening a lot to King Crimson. I only knew "Red" and "In the Court of the Crimson King" (which I liked quite a bit, especially "Red"). I must say I’m really enjoying them, and I’m not exactly a fan of prog: Larks' Tongues in Aspic, Starless and Bible Black (which together with Red makes an incredible trilogy), but also In the Wake of Poseidon and Islands are truly beautiful. Now I just need to get Lizard and maybe I’ll pick up one of the post-Red albums (by the way, which one would you recommend?). Anyway, great band, happy to have finally delved into their music!

"just for a day" is a great album, but it has never truly grabbed me like "Loveless" or "Nowhere" has.
