Very beautiful, I'll make a note of these.

Yes, well, it was one of the debuts I bought among the thousands of new bands that emerged in the early 00s (along with the debuts of The Strokes, The Libertines, Interpol, The Vines, all good anyway). I liked it a lot, but I haven’t listened to it in a while. The review has a nice core idea, but you could have talked a bit more about the album.

I already wrote about it in a listening session; I should mention that I've only listened to it once (and I still don't feel like giving it a second try), but the impression is that they are repeating themselves too much. Already To be kind (for me around 3 stars even though I initially gave it 4) was quite inferior to that masterpiece The seer, this one seemed to be on the same level as the previous one, but I still won't rate it. I repeat what I wrote in the listening session: if they had released a single double album combining the best tracks from both this and the previous one, it would have made for a great record because there are indeed some beautiful pieces.

No, I don't agree with almost anything you've written. Beyond the fact that I personally much prefer the Pink Floyd of Waters and Gilmour, this really doesn't matter; I still don’t understand why you’re comparing two things that essentially have nothing to do with each other. And I want to emphasize that I would have written the same thing if I had written a review where the comparison between Barrett and Pink Floyd after Barrett resulted in the latter being said to write "terrible music," etc. Then, that this, in my opinion, is one of their masterpieces is certain. Just the initial part of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" (a tapestry of keyboards and Gilmour's guitar) would be worth a 5 by itself. Then there’s everything else, imagine that. And I really like Barrett, I want to emphasize this as well.

Well, I welcome them, I repeat, such beautiful reviews on Barrett. By now, we could create a separate thread just for Barrett reviews here on deb. In any case, I’m placing this one among the #imaginifiche :)

Azzardo, I personally find it the best since Kid A (certainly superior, by a long shot, to the last 2).

I just wanted to add that the #drunkpigdownload of @[abaco] is phenomenal.

The track I have with Superfuzz Bigmuff is awesome; the album didn't blow me away though. Reception is like, I don't know.

Actually quite ugly, more or less at the same level as the previous one.
