I'm posting a link to a very interesting article related to the plastic factory and popcorn fields, where the value of those 2 albums is particularly highlighted (actually, even "Destinazione Paradiso" deserves it, a pop album with some great tracks) that have been unfairly undervalued. I like Van Sant, I particularly appreciated Paranoid Park and Last Days, but I don't know this one.

Alongside Doors and Jefferson, I would also mention Love; in my opinion, the important influence on R.E.M. in the '60s can be traced back to The Byrds. As for the review, it's excellent; your style is very descriptive and not very emotional, but you’re still producing great reviews. For the Jeffersons, I wouldn't have dismissed "After Bathing at Baxter's" by saying it was just a failure; to me, it’s their pinnacle. This is a good album, with the highlight being "White Rabbit" (I think I've already mentioned this; it's a piece of not even 3 minutes that encapsulates the same lysergic tension as "The End" by The Doors, which is over 10 minutes long).

You forgot mandrake, the ointment, sweaty balls, the black mussel, manzotin, and all that jazz.

I know I should listen to it, but from the way you describe it (very well, by the way) and considering the genres included, I'm not sure if it would appeal to me; I should check something out on YouTube.

You caught me off guard, Ale, "review" not evaluable, so 5.

Great debut (creuza) of mine :)! It made me think back to my first review, perhaps the shortest I've ever written; together your debut and mine here could be complementary :) of the Primus, as I've already had the chance to write, I only have Anti-Pop, I should also catch up on Pork Soda to get a clearer idea of them.

I agree, a perfect link for everything they'll do afterwards, and one of their best, even though for me their peak will always remain Live at Leeds.

I find the comment above from a thinking outside the box intelligence.
