"Ok Computer" - their artistic peak." Who said that "Ok Computer" is their peak? Let's just say it's the most commercial (not that I want to undermine its beauty), because when it comes to creative peaks, I still stand by "Kid A" or "Amnesiac." Anyway, 5.

xOrwell: Surely no one is forcing us to read them, but at this rate, I can assure you that before long, there will be many reviews that we’ll have to do without. Let’s say tomorrow you open deb and you realize that on the homepage there are 10 reviews of Iron Maiden, 10 on Dream Theater, and the other 5 are commercial pop nonsense. Would you say who cares, I’ll skip reading them, or would you get angry because deb is losing what I believe is its greatest asset, namely the variety of proposals, and is gradually becoming an ultra-doubloni metal review site? Anyway, I haven't read the review, just as I haven't read all the others about them that came out in the last few days.

This time I fully agree with Ole. On the homepage, there are 16 METAL reviews (ranging from prog, death, brutal, black, and various other subgenres), while the rest is pop crap that varies from Violante Placido to Madonna, and then back to Madonna and Justin. Out of 25 reviews, only 3 can be saved at best; there are very few competent reviewers left capable of making interesting and original proposals, and they are rapidly decreasing. I'm not against duplicates, but certainly avoiding them would be a good start to thinning out the homepage. Maybe it would also help to steer clear of reviews written just to criticize Finley and other rubbish with a well-known (indeed very low) musical value. Regarding metal reviews, I wonder: are they all essential? But above all (I speak to the majority), why not leave the task of reviewing metal albums to competent people (one of the first names that comes to mind is Manuele) who are capable of making excellent proposals on albums (often) never reviewed?
