Lavalin, keep projecting me then, as I wouldn’t want to find myself disappearing little by little, like that character from "The Dark Half" by Stephen King or the one from "In the Mouth of Madness" by Carpenter! I already have issues with the person who transcribes my thoughts (he works too and is starting to not tolerate me well, pressed by my continuous requests and visits)... Virtually Yours, Il_Paolo

Velvet, I read the article about Verona that you mentioned. Although I'm not from that area - and if I remember correctly, neither are you - knowing it a little, I find the comparison you make with The Village interesting. The fear of the different as a cement for one’s identity by the weaker and more unruly, as a tool for the preservation of power by those who sit at the helm, in my opinion. Bye.

Thanks, of course, also to Emanuele: just know that the first one who enjoys pretending to be the village idiot is me! Otherwise, I could do like some other reviewer – a random vellutogrigio – and start writing about serious things, specifically about "The Village." Chaw, thanks to you too.

I confess that yesterday I was worried about Lavalin's delay in commenting on my review. But reading these posts with guilty delay, my concern has been rewarded by the acumen of Our. What can I say? I am truly proud of her comments (i.e., the fact that she makes them here), which I wholeheartedly endorse from the first to the last line, ideally correcting myself (us men of the 2000s know, and must, do it). Two side notes: if I'm not mistaken, Mia Martini's songs were by Franco Califano - I've said it all - and even Bertè's were written by men. Joe Squillo: legendary in "Skizzo Skizzo" and "Violentami," terrible when she recycled herself in private networks as a similar soubrette, and especially when - in the mid-90s - she went around saying she was still a virgin. But perhaps it was me misunderstanding her; she simply adhered to the post-punk straightedge. Lavalin, I have great respect for you.

Great, I’m sending the receipt now, written during lunch break. I’m sending it under my name, but with a surprise. Thank you all for your contributions, once again.

Editors, can you replace the asterisks *** with "Doro Petsch"? I know it was my mistake, I'm sorry. If not, that's fine. Bye and thank you anyway. Gratefully Yours Il_Paolo

Alright, I self-denounce, the game had to end! IL_PAUL < THE_CHICKEN < LITTLE_CHICKENS < POLETTI. I am Marco Poletti! I wanted to deflect suspicion by accusing the innocent Velluto - who writes in a style that is distinctly different from mine - and bombarding Il_Paolo with insults. When I called him a "pirlacchiotto," I was really addressing myself! Always Yours, Il_Poletti

Alright, I'll register as soon as possible with the specified nickname. I’m "temporary" as well. Hmmmm... could you be my doppelganger? Then it’s better that – contrary to what Kata requested – we never meet, or we’d both die, annihilating each other! @Adder, take a random direction, somewhere in some universe, get out. @LaRock: thanks again. Labyrinthically Yours, Il_Paolo

@New: I don't have any fakes, I'm serious about this once and for all. The people who comment on my reviews are real, flesh and blood (I don't know if there are any fakes among them, but they aren't mine). These people - whom I don't know - must at least be nice.

MUCH, do you think I had never thought about it?!?!?!? (if you are me, I am you etc etc): I’m already at work on my FIRST JAZZ REVIEW! The only thing: I would like to write it like Il_Paolo, dedicating it to the Count(emplation). However, it won’t be about Davis but about a pianist I really like who rightfully can carry the title of minor. Kataklimsa: I know that Muito is somehow a professor or something like that... he gives lessons in self-irony and lightness from time to time. Go find him in his town, maybe the scenery will sweeten you up.
