Congratulations, beautiful review! Magnificent album, I completely agree with mrsaxx; listening to it, you can’t help but be drawn in by the raw lyrics painted with dreamlike despair ("Treno a vela") perfectly immersed in enveloping, meditative yet also slightly cheeky music (the remarkable "Disperato erotico stomp"!)
A special note for the title track, which I randomly heard on the radio while taking the bus to school, more than 10 years ago... and every time I listen to it, it's like diving into this sea of thought, a viscous sea of sounds and melancholy... a true masterpiece.

Here, I'm giving you a nice five ;) As for the Elii, they might not be to everyone's taste, they might have become tiresome and overexposed, but you can't say they don't know how to play; clearly, anyone who says that (or even thinks it) understands less about music than a deaf bear. And anyway, Tagliateste, don’t take it out on poor sexyajax... he’s written over 60 reviews! But have you seen the caliber...? Zero Assoluto, Gemelli Diversi, Nelly Furtado... (she's a hot one though!) Oh wait, there’s also that review for "Blood Sugar Sex Magic" by RHCP! Finally a good album! Ah, there it is, it's copied... -_-

They don’t seem genius at all to me, but perhaps it’s because I make the mistake of judging them with the ears of 2008. Upon first listen, they disappointed my high expectations, but I must say I listened to them in the car on the way to work: 1 song in the morning + 2 during lunch break + 1 in the evening, with the grim and distracted attention of someone expecting the album of a lifetime, but even if it were, I would be too pissed off to appreciate it.
Yesterday I listened to this album again during my shower (yum!) and as the water washed the wax out of my ears, I enjoyed about an hour of healthy, soapy, and flavorful butt movement, seasoned with astonishment at tracks like "Gut Feeling/Slap Your Mammy," "Sloppy," or the cover of "Satisfaction" (damn, my mom recognized it right away! ;)
I would have adored them at 17; now they have all my healthy, unhealthy admiration.

Of course, the rating for the Coolermaster review is 5... actually, no, 5 with honors :P

Damn, I vote for the review of Coolermaster!! It's not a comment, it's a review, and by the way, a thousand times better than that "official" one on this page (well, at least you didn't copy it...) unanimous opinions on the disk: exceptional, really.

I'm reading the comments... right! "electronic performers," "radian," "don't be light," "the vagabond"... how can one dismiss this album?! I think we're getting used to it too much... or maybe too well? Who knows.

I don't like the review, not at all, but the album is undoubtedly a 5 and (personally) I find it even more beautiful than "Moon Safari" (well, we’re talking about two albums both excellent anyway... I hope it’s clear that I love Air ;) From the very first moment, "How Does It Make You Feel" stuck in my heart with that alien voice reminiscent of "Fitter Happier" (not for nothing, ended up working with that producer who is Nigel Godrich… all my favorites by the way, Air+Beck+Radiohead) and this subdued, dreamlike chorus over a calm and melancholic rhythm... sublime? Superlative.

A somewhat brief review for an album of such beauty... in my opinion, it connects with the film, oh yes it does, both tear your heart out, look at it, turn it around in their hands, look at it again, and then rest it on a tombstone...
