In my opinion, you've articulated your thoughts well regarding this useless Coldplay album. However, as you can see, I assign it a 2.5 - 3 because, if nothing else, there is something (not much) new here. You're right that Eno could and should mind his own business, leaving Martin and the others the burden of growing on their own. But Eno is not infallible. On the other hand, he still spends time with U2 (or maybe the bank account is suffering), so why not help the overrated Coldplay? Anyway, for your information, Eno has gifted me many melodies and emotions throughout his endless career. So.......
