Kurt Vonnegut Mattatoio n.5 o La crociata dei bambini

You have excellently presented considerations that I completely agree with. It's a wonderful book that, I realize, is known by many people. I arrived at K.V. a bit late. However, it was a pleasant surprise.

I saw him on X Factor duetting with a tattooed guy doing rap. Well, grotesque!!!
Frank Zappa Over Nite Sensation
Voto:
What a nice guy. You see, this was the first album I listened to by Zappa. So I'm emotionally attached to Overnite Sensation. Just last week, I lent it to a colleague to slowly introduce him to the world of Frank. Of course, maybe it's not his best work. The critics literally massacred it, labeling it a pop album (I'm going by memory from what I read over 30 years ago). I like it a lot, like another 20 Zappa albums, by the way. The cover, for those who still have the vinyl, is a masterpiece!!
Robert Palmer Addicted to Love
Voto:
Palmer never caught my attention. Anonymous, insubstantial. With the Power Station, he was out of place like cabbage at a picnic.
Black Mountain In the Future

It's one of my favorites from the past year. Truly beautiful!!!!!
Bob Dylan Roma 17 Aprile 2009 - PalaLottomatica

I, however, with all the respect I can have for the music legends, if any live performance is terrible, it remains terrible. So, did you evaluate the artist (and here I think we all agree on hailing him as one of the greatest) or the concert? From what I read, one could have stayed home. Personally, I saw him many years ago (15, maybe) and I almost fell asleep. And I wasn't the only one. But maybe I caught him on a particularly off night. He seemed to be on antidepressants!!
Rush Grace Under Pressure
Voto:
No way! Synth pop, absolutely not. Some have criticized them for the excessive use of keyboards. I don't agree. These are always used sparingly but, above all, with intelligence and... good taste. One of the most respectable bands!!

More and more kattivi around here, huh? Anyway, I've never been that into Kiss. I understand, though, that many people like them. After all, it's just rock...
David Cronenberg La Promessa dell'Assassino
