Dream Theater Black Clouds & Silver Linings

Since I think a tide of insults will come towards this band, I take the liberty of saying that I've never been able to stand the DT. Well, to each their own. I know a lot of guys who love them to bits. Anyway, there’s room for everyone.

Steve Hackett A Midsummer Night's Dream
Voto:
What beauty!! I read your writing three times to better absorb your feelings about this work by Hackett. Honestly, I must say that these "orchestral" works are unknown to me. I own the first four albums by Steve plus Guitar Noir and Tokyo Tapes. In my opinion, Steve has had high points (few) and low points (too many), which has taken away some of my enthusiasm for him. However, I remain convinced that Voyage... is his best production. At least in terms of what I have listened to. Anyway, I will keep this CD in mind should I feel like re-listening to the ex-Genesis. Bye.
Journey Revelation

Well! I don't know. I'm not saying anything because, perhaps mistakenly, this is a band I've always disregarded. Today, at 50, I realize that I need to catch up on some works I've deliberately ignored in the past. Let's see. Bye
Daryl Hall Sacred Songs
Voto:
Congratulations. I know that Fripp has always claimed that Hall is his favorite singer. I was aware of their various collaborations. I also knew about the existence of this album, which I have never had the pleasure of listening to. Today, thanks to you, I think I will definitely add it to my online shopping list. Bye.
Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble Live at Montreux 1982 & 1985
Voto:
I’ve never listened to the album. I only own Texas Flood and – being a fan of the old Bowie – I was disappointed when he agreed to play on Let's Dance. But apart from this nonsense, for better or worse, I’ve been able to appreciate much of his discography. I’ll finish by stealing a line from BRUSKO: fuck the helicopters.
