I agree with Psycho. The beauty of Debaser is exactly this: we don't take ourselves too seriously. If someone makes a mistake or insults, in most cases the user isn't banned. And perhaps that's for the best; that's why the Ondarock forum is desolate in the sense that it feels like a desert. It's less active because strictness is tiring and people leave. I write a message on Ondarock once in a blue moon, and I've only been registered for just under two months. Here, it's almost a year; I've received insults, I've had ovations, and I haven’t been banned even though I’ve acted like a jerk a few times. What more could you want? Here, we enjoy ourselves, we comment lively and jokingly, sometimes even seriously without ever falling into arrogance, nitpicking, or snobbery. There are exceptions too; some people immediately get annoyed by cynical characters (Alessio on the side of "nervo vivace" (with all due respect) or a Poletti on the cynical side), some act like know-it-alls, or there are those who simply listen to music, but the beauty is that we never really get pissed off. Even while insulting, people never get on each other’s nerves, they hardly ever ban anyone, and they don’t call the bad wolves. That's the beauty of it. Each person, whether insulting or being insulted, has mutual respect for the person they're joking with or talking seriously to. Familiarity is the best thing about Debaser.

And sorry for the grammar. Best regards (periodic reissues, obviously).

As I told Jake, I believe there’s an agreement between you two. Anyway, good job, great review as usual. Strange, the album covers of Carlton aren’t that great, not your usual style. Well, it’s the music that counts. Regards (periodically, of course).

But is there an agreement between you and the doctor? Anyway, I don't know him, and to be honest, I don't even feel like talking to him much, but the review is, as always, excellent. I'm off to read Adder's.

I mostly agree with everything. However, the vote is inevitable; it might be the hundredth time for these four idiots. But let’s do ourselves a favor, the less we mention them, the better. Defining their way of dressing as punk to send a message is quite an outrage. Punk is studs, leather jackets, safety pins, tartans, spit, a shirt with breasts, and torn Converse; with, of course, the awareness of what it means to be punk and what message you want to convey. It's pointless to have these discussions with the shit mass: by now, the punk collective imagination has mixed exactly with the shit mass. Therefore, there are only posers or alternatives (or punk wannabes, it’s the same, I mean baggy pants, Etnies, a hoodie, and the inevitable hat, you know, like the guitarist of this little band). A division as socially useless as it is useful for ignorant kids who think that people dress punk or whatever because it’s cool.

A pretty clear criticism of a band that I know by hearsay and that has never attracted me. It sounds like easy stuff to me too, but arguing to deliver a better critique never hurts.
Animal Collective Spirit They're Gone, Spirit They've Vanished

Look, I've been in the mood for Animal Collective lately, and I was just revisiting Strawberry Jam. It might be worth giving this a listen too. Anyway, they are still among the most creative artists in rock of the new millennium. Great review.

Interesting proposal, good telespalla, I haven't listened to this genre much, it could be the occasion. If I have time, I'll take a look ("listen") at this too.

Yes, all in all, I agree with you. I've been delving into Ultravox lately, and coincidentally, I would have liked to write this review myself. Anyway, aside from that "minor" point at the beginning (Quartet is not minor, also because Ultravox have made very few mistakes, almost all respectable albums, even if there are only a few excellent ones, with Vienna being the standout), I agree. Pay attention to grammar when you write reviews and often use full stops (sometimes write sentences that are even four lines long).
