@ilfreddo: I fully agree with you when you say that discussing these matters on a music review site is not only pointless but also irrelevant, and I'm ready to acknowledge that I was wrong in this. I also agree that giving attention to these individuals is a mistake and plays their game. Unfortunately, though, in these days I've come across people who are maybe even worse than "no to subjects," and I experienced this kind of disdain and, let's say, discrimination firsthand, which is why I'm still a bit bitter. Well, patience; I'm aware that it's my own problem and that having long hair and dressing more simply than what certain people expect is not very accepted by the public. I chose this path, and I can't complain about the consequences, but it's okay to be angry. At least you’re someone who thinks...

@ilfreddo: yes, it's true, we're behind a screen and the assholes like "no to subjects" don't affect me, but what I wanted to say in my post, if you didn't get it, is that these things happen outside as well, on the street.. then tell me, oh balanced ilfreddo, why would I be fanatical? Isn't it just as fanatical for someone with opposing ideas to come here and insult everyone? Am I fanatical because I talk about hypocrisy? Or maybe because I've written two moderately long posts? Or perhaps because I'm a metalhead? What are you doing, discriminating too now (just kidding :D)??

@Dreamwarrior: well, I wouldn't say that ideas were lacking for a group like Death SS, which for me is the quintessential Italian Metal band: just to say, the inhuman and unbearable screams of Steve Sylvester have inspired people like Thomas Gabriel Warrior, Quorthon (yes, him too!!) and even Dimmu Borgir and especially Cradle Of Filth (Dani has stated that he has always considered them among his sources of inspiration), all obviously at an underground level.. then there are masterpieces of experimentation from people like Paul Chain, Black Hole, Hocculta, Bulldozer and many others.. I mean, the Italian scene was indeed filled with derivative and predictable groups, but there were also many new ideas emerging, and they were better than the proposals from Rhapsody and Lacuna Coil!! Furthermore, Vanadium were known and appreciated even in France and even in England.. the comparison made by Battlegods between "Game Over" from our guys and "Power And The Glory" by Saxon makes perfect sense in my opinion: the genre is different, but in terms of quality we are neck and neck, in my opinion.. @Battlegods: hey!! I have practically nothing to do today.. I'm listening to some stuff.. soon I'll have one of my reviews, but I don't want to spoil anything for you.. I don't know when I'll write it, maybe even next week, because first I want to listen to that album better... Metal galore and above all LET THE SABBATH BEGIN!!
