I didn't mean to vote with that 2... why did I do it? I'm going to get a coffee, that's better.

Thank you very much, Nes... "Rec" seemed like a load of crap to me, but if you say it can work, I'll take care of it.

I don't know anything about French horror, good suggestion. As for Spanish horror, I've seen a little bit, specifically "The Darkness" if I'm not mistaken (Was Giancarlo Giannini in it by any chance? If so, that's the one). As for Italy, let's forget about it...

Just as there is no need for a film of this kind to see the light of day, the same could be said for this review—well written, well structured, perhaps a bit laconic but ultimately good—which revolves around a pointless film. Honestly, I believe that the world of horror is in total disarray. After the last vital sparks of "The Ring" (no one dare say that the original Asian version was better, as that would just be gratuitous snobbery rather than defending good cinema. It was simply unwatchable), what do we have left? "Scream" has transformed into a silly saga, following the fate that most horror films are inevitably directed towards, "Saw" gradually lost credibility with the third installment (from psychological horror to teen - scary movie, though!), and then there remains the immense tide of horror and thriller with a gothic-fantastical bent关于启示录, etc. etc. What a drag. I haven't jumped out of my seat in fear at home or in the cinema for quite some time.

It's a shame I didn't see the film; I was intrigued by it from the start. Generally, I like "original" reviews that take a few detours, but this one is utterly lacking in grace... a bit of a drag.

Once, in the distant years of my childhood, the annual rerun on TV would arrive right on time. Now they only rerun "Selvaggi" or "Natale sulla 24ma strada," but that's another story. Anyway, a great movie; the review says everything there is to say about it, thorough yet not overly polished. Well done.

I've already heard people talk enthusiastically about the album, but I haven't listened to it yet. I will do so, convinced by this excellent review.

I will never ever forgive him for the (shameful) cover of "Creep." That's it.
