I agree with the reviewer that we all listen to pop music or have listened to it, but the crucial point is making a distinction between pop and Pop. I hope you'll grasp the difference, but I doubt it, considering that for you, based on what you say, Shakira's detractors can only be those who have never listened to anything of hers and judge her superficially a priori. For the rest, I want to reiterate my ratings.
