I always consider a 3-star album to be a good one, very satisfying, so your point, Giona, is absolutely valid. Regarding Progressive Finland, I only know the biggest names in the scene: Pekka Pohjola, Wigwam, Hoiry-Kone, and my favorites, the Haikara. I'm curious to hear the reviewed album.
