Marillion Fugazi
Voto:
The review of Fugazi that I wanted to read, Marillion are "listened to" in a way that is too superficial by many, too many. I agree with the purchase statement, which was extremely affordable in double edition, at least back when I got it.
Simon Says Tardigrade
Voto:
I almost forgot, here are some pages where I've previously read this repeated connection between the bands Rock Impressions - Recensioni - Tuonen Tytar II Simon Says - Tardigrade in addition to Progarchives which mentions them in their description, but anyway it’s one of the "possible" related comparisons or not; it was not my intention to describe the band in a derogatory way, indeed (I understand that mentioning the Spock's might seem that way):)

Macaco is finally back, and for me, this is one of the standout albums of Altrock Records, truly extraordinary (4.5). I would love to know what you think of Yugen's latest, which I have actually de-reviewed. ;)
Diagonal Diagonal
Voto:
I see that I didn't vote for the album after listening to it at the time. I'll take care of it.
Mogwai Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will
Voto:
Arrived and purchased yesterday in double edition as mentioned, the bonus CD contains a 23-minute track wow, the assimilation of the album is underway in the coming days.
Simon Says Tardigrade
Voto:
I often see Spock's Beard referenced alongside Simon Says on various sites; I can somewhat hear their influence in the reworking of certain sounds. If I really have to think of a comparison, I would say those of Beware. It’s certainly a very formal reference, without a doubt, but considering the Neoprogressive/Prog'90 sound mix of the product, I don't think it's that misleading.
Balmorhea Rivers Arms
Voto:
Great album, among all "The Winter". @korrea: the style is more or less that, Balmorhea, especially in this album, are more "classical", while As The Poet tend more towards classic Post-Rock.
Sleater-Kinney All Hands On The Bad One
Voto:
I've never listened to them, but I've seen them on the web more than once and they might interest me.
Geddy Lee My Favorite Headache
Voto:
I haven't listened to the good Geddy as a solo artist yet; this album will definitely be among my next listens. I might also consider the Teenage merchandise, but I wouldn't want it to be greasy or smell like beer, depending on how it was used after listening to it.
Pink Floyd Animals
Voto:
No one spoke ill of the critic, only about the rating of "Animals." By the way, the Prog book with the big face from In The Court is gorgeous, as are his other publications. I can only have respect for someone who published that; of course, he expresses his personal judgments, nothing that deserves the label of jerk, quite the opposite :)
