Oh my goodness Dario, can you say it louder... I'm bringing you the menu.
Fish menu:
Appetizers: shrimp cocktail, marinated salmon, smoked swordfish, octopus salad, snapper cream. Grilled sea scallops. Canestrelli and mussels “corsara”.
First courses: fish risotto with asparagus tips, crab gnocchi.
End of the first half... lemon sorbet.
Main courses: large skewer with: monkfish, squid, and grilled shrimp, scampi with cognac... sides: mixed salads and French fries.
Dessert: sweet seasonal fresh fruit and coffee.
Meat menu:
Welcome aperitif with: ascolane olives and meatballs on steaming polenta.
Appetizers: prosciutto e melone, bresaola with flakes of grana, pancetta, ossocollo, speck with capricciosa salad, grilled salami with chiodini mushrooms and polenta.
First courses: risotto with asparagus, cream gnocchi and mushrooms, cannelloni with veal and spinach.
Main courses: lamb chops with rosemary and roasted potatoes, stuffed veal, beef slices with mixed salads.
Dessert same as the fish menu.
I'll leave it to you to decide! :D
