I fully agree with the first comment, including the mention of the counterpart Unreal Tournament, which I slightly preferred for its more "refined" and less brutal action. These two games were a revolution in the world of gaming!!

So, I choose the big goat, the emperor. The others agree with him more out of sycophancy than out of goatishness. That actor also plays a hilarious role as the faux-smart but actually dim-witted kidnapper in "Who's Harry Crumb?", one of John Candy's best films, so I like him!! Clearly, Tatum and Mozart are not comparable, but whereas it's genuinely foolish to say that Mozart used too many notes (he rightly points out: there are the notes that were needed, none more, none less!), it's more than fair to emphasize that sometimes Tatum flirts with kitsch, and that his style can be overly baroque. But it's Tatum, and we like him just the way he is, so there's no intention to diminish his stature!

Behind an unattainable virtuosity lay a great harmonist. Among other things, Tatum knew an almost limitless, impressive repertoire of pieces (more or less standards); he was a living encyclopedia. I own the eight solo piano records he made for Pablo, which have the only "flaw" of presenting too much good stuff all at once, making it almost indigestible. According to the "second flaw": he plays so well and so fast that sometimes the harmonic subtleties, which for me represent his most interesting side, get lost along the way. Third flaw, this time without quotation marks: a bit homogeneous in his approach, and too many notes.

This work leaves me cold...zero emotions. Maybe I'm a monster, maybe I don't understand art, or perhaps he isn't an artist and this "work" is lacking in substance and depth.
