Are you already thinking about starting a family, old drill? Give it time, or you're screwed! I love Candy's fantastic "Who is Harry Crumb?", hilarious! (Candy dressed as... I don't know, a Turk?) "ioo soono dja djiù djél!"..."can you tell me letter by letter?"..."suuure, letter by letter!" On the other hand, that little blonde brat really gets on my nerves...

Let's also add Clifton Anderson, shall we? I even saw Petrella live at the Casa del Jazz this summer with Rava, Aldo Romano, and Rosario Bonaccorso. A quartet that looked stellar on paper, but I found it a bit lackluster, especially when he was playing! As a mitigating factor, he had stepped in at the last moment to replace Stafano Di Battista, in what was supposed to be a tribute evening to Massimo Urbani. They quickly changed the repertoire, and they were visibly fed up. Still, I have so much faith in your judgment that I can't help but think I might have judged him poorly or hastily. Next time he plays in my vicinity, I'll catch him.

I have muffins! Otherwise, how would I know the solos? I also dive into original CDs, you know... after having somehow done my research or having listened to extracts! I don't agree with you on Petrella; in my opinion, he has a soporific way of playing... I find his solos a bit thrown together, lacking character and architecture. I’m not crazy about his tone either, but to each their own! As for trombonists, I much prefer people like Roswell Rudd, George Lewis, Grachan Moncur III, and, of course, J.J. Johnson. Anyway, they are very different styles and periods!

Dear honey, it’s almost love between us now... it must be spring! (?!). Thank you for the compliment, I recommend the reviews of Odradek here present, whom I thank for the suggestion (it’s been on my shopping list for a while, I need to make a decision). The reviews by Hal are highly recommended too, as well as the historical ones from those no longer present on Debaser like Grasshopper, SymbadBassist, JohnOfPatmos, etc. And even though I sometimes had clashes with him, those of Uxo as well. A sweet kiss!

Oh come on, why do you have to ruin the party? honey, darling, bjorky doesn’t deserve me, I want to be only yours. Overcome doubts and fears and let’s grab a coffee! I won’t bite. At most, I nibble.

I almost forgot, when you wrote in post 21: "you made me want something," I felt a thrill. Love.

What a unique nickname, maledimiele! Did you eat a jar of it and have a stomach ache? Well, if the sweet has upset your stomach, we could switch to something spicy, regardless of that old lady bjorky ;-)

I agree with Muffin on everything, but I’ll overlook the final sentence and give you a 5 because the review is very heartfelt! I don't have this either; I confess that sometimes certain instrumental formations make me grimace a bit, like in this case. Piano trio plus guitar and accordion... I’m not crazy about that combination. In my opinion, the most beautiful moments of Bollani documented on record (among those I've heard, of course) are three stunning solos in Rava's album "Easy Living," in the tracks "Cromosomi," "Sand," and "Rain." A wonderful thing!

Maybe I'll have an Oedipus complex? But look, I don’t even look 25; let’s say 32 on the outside and 45 on the inside. Don’t get stuck on age; there are plenty of immature fools in their 40s, and anyway, we don’t have to get married… Can you imagine a shocking experience with a young lion full of initiative and a love for life? Carpe Diem!
