Not the best Romero for sure, but still a nice film. The review is good too, but I wasn't too fond of the provocative ending. Still, I'll give it a 5 because otherwise I'd be too busy trying to please you ;-)

How much I love this Album!

With this, you distance yourself from me once again.. a curiosity, what would you recommend as a Rundgren initiation for a novice?

Look, I listened to something of theirs at a friend's house, but I can't remember the title, and I liked it even though it's not really my genre. Nice review.

So in order.. @Zanna: that's exactly the point, whoever deconstructs a song in a certain sense rewrites it too, so if someone hates Amos's style, it's inevitable they won't like the cover, especially if the original is by a band they really admire. Personally, I find that Amos has covered other songs much better in her career, including the controversial "Raining Blood," indeed. @Pourquoi: Thank you! Tori at the time limited herself to stating: "Let’s put it this way, she and I (Miss Hole, ed.) have mutual friends, so it's better not to say anything." And it’s quite clear that the song "Professional Widow" on "Boys for Pele" ('96) was "dedicated" to Courtney...
Anyway, it’s evident that Reznor fascinates not just musically, and the story with Amos was never clear since she had an official boyfriend (her producer Eric Rosse, who also produced "Past the Mission" on "Under the Pink" ('94) where Reznor is present in the chorus). Probably many insinuations came from the mouth of the Widow Alegra...
