So, masochism for two reasons; the first being that anyone reviewing this album on DeB is headed for a sad fate (metaphorical of course), and the second because you've embarked on an explanation of the themes of the Opera (which in my opinion is far from conformist as I've read in a couple of comments above) that is quite bold and entirely arbitrary. This would be fine (since what interests me most are the emotions rather than objective truths), but the problem is that you turn it into a theorem that is well summarized in the sentence that Odradek has already cited (although I think he was a bit too harsh on you).
