@Contemplation: I'm not defending Poletti, but this time you also aren't presenting convincing reasons to support your case.

There are some official things that haven't been reviewed yet (not many, but they exist), without delving into remasters or bootlegs; what I proposed this time was one of these, that's all.

A review that is a pleasure to read, I really have never been able to stand them...

Well, thank you very much for all these comments. Clearly, the Maiden may be old and there may be too many reviews, but they still attract a lot... I’ll respond first to the good Shine: no, it’s a song by Urchin (Smith's first band), "Roll over Vic Vella" is a different song. Then I would like to say something about the ā€œtoo many Maidenā€ discussion; I agree that 98 reviews is a lot, but mostly they're all about the same albums. I’ve noticed that there’s a lack of something official (I said official, I won’t review bootlegs), and for the sake of completeness, I decided to take on the honor and burden of talking about it. I don’t believe I’m taking space away from anyone, and anyway, I’m among those who don’t break the rules, at least not on purpose. Writing rules (aside from the length of my reviews… but it’s not like I post one every day... it’s 32 in 16 months, so I think this small slip can be forgiven). Therefore, unless the Editors stop me, the only ones along with the WebMasters who can afford to say what is publishable or not on this site, I don’t see why I shouldn’t dive into this small endeavor: the site has been around for almost 6 years, and in 98 reviews, no one thought of creating a bit of completeness. I’m trying to do that. In HP, there are on average 25 new music reviews a day, and my average will be biweekly (or more; by the way, the last Maiden one is a month old... I know because it’s mine...), I certainly won’t be offended if the Maiden detractors (whom I do respect) prefer to read the other 374 reviews during those two weeks; that’s all (and now the Editors will probably come tell me to stop ;-) ).
Individually: @Iscariota: thanks for stopping by! @Neu: you must admit that the phrase was quite misleading… @DoctorJ: feel free to give me a 1 ;-) @Grant: thank you! @Battle: many images from that DVD are taken from here, thanks for the vote! @Rorix: I know ;-) @Mary: you’re spoiling me with all those nice votes! @Alfredo: I also think Neu should put himself to the test at this point. @Bonny: there’s not much missing in terms of official stuff, thanks for the vote! @47: anachronistic but still in fashion, at least from a global response, thanks for stopping by! @Holdsworth: I obviously think the opposite, but I don’t dislike Priest, in fact... I'll see them in Bologna on June 29! I think I haven't missed anyone except those I already thanked in the first comment, to whom I renew my cumulative gratitude... Bye!

And give it to them, who says they make trance? I write that this album is heavily influenced by those genres, and that is objectively true, period.
"This is the second album by the Norwegians Royksopp, a duo that navigates the pop-electronic universe with many references to British drum & bass and a few nods to German-style trance." It doesn't seem to me that terms like "many references" or "nod" imply recreating a genre, does it? And anyway, if you read the entire review instead of sticking to those two isolated sentences, you would see that I talk about other things as well... No hard feelings. Aloha!

So, thank you everyone, except Neu, but not because of the vote, rather because he tells me to f**k off and I don't understand why since he could have just not come to read the review if Maiden bothers him so much. I won’t return the ā€œfavorā€ because, unlike him, I’m a civilized person, but I reiterate my human pity for characters of this kind. To the others in order: @Ole: Yes! @Defender: Thank you! @Aniel: I’ll stick to the legendary figure... ;-) @Male: you probably already are without realizing it... ;-) @Isi: never as Faust'o' ;-) @Mien: can you imagine the satisfaction of annoying people like Neu! though ;-) @Dream: there are two books by Dickinson... but I think it’s best to avoid trying to stir up hell... @Green: Thank you! @GBrunoro: yes, that will also be covered, I’ll mention it at the end of the review. @Sorcio: ;-) @Emanuele: thanks for stopping by! @Giudice: well, come on, be patient...
