Franco Battiato Fleurs

I think it’s a beautiful album instead. Very sweet songs that are carefully personalized, except for Ruby Tuesday, which I wouldn’t have included.
Elio E Le Storie Tese Made In Japan (Live at Parco Capello)

I have always wondered how to praise this group. Aside from a few funny songs (La terra dei cachi, Il Pippero, Mio cuggino, Servi della gleba for example), they are really boring. Elio is charming, to be fair, and Mangoni is a character too. Cesareo might be a great guitarist, but he lacks spontaneity. The same goes for Faso; he tries hard to be funny. Rocco Tanica sometimes manages to bring a smile. I went to see them at Villa Arconati the night U2 were playing in Milan. Great musicians, no doubt, but their songs are truly heavy and boring. Practically the whole audience knew the songs by heart, and I wondered why. Oh well. The Skiantos used to make great ironic songs, not Elio.

I remember seeing them at the Tunnel in Milan. The singer, very talented and hot, I believe was named Romina. In the audience was also Giovanni Lindo Ferretti, who I think produced the group or was at least part of their circle. Great concert and a nice album.
Francesco Baccini Nudo

Baccini's latest album with some good songs. You're right about almost everything.

Wow. Great album... The one after wasn’t bad either... the one with Eva dai occhi di gatto.
Madreblu Necessità

Great record. The previous one, "Prima dell'alba," is also very beautiful, containing "Gli angeli," a song that deserved to be remembered.
Alice Melodie Passeggere
Voto:
This album was the only one I was missing, and I bought it just yesterday at Libraccio. Alice is indisputable, but the best part of her discography is her experimental phase (Mezzogiorno sulle Alpi, Il sole nella pioggia, Park Hotel), although her pop phase (Alice, Caponord, Azimut) is quite beautiful as well. I saw her three years ago at the Teatro Nuovo, and it was a wonderful experience. A marvelous concert. On Saturday, I will definitely go see her at the Church of San Marco in Milan. She performs many concerts in the churches around Milan near Christmas. A tip for those who wish to take it.

This is not a 5 record but a 6. I like it even more than F.B.
David Bowie The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spider From Mars

Outside is too heavy, I've never been able to finish it. The only truly great collaboration with Eno is Heroes. Low and The Lodger have flashes here and there but they are a bit dull. Much better are the albums up to Young Americans, excluding that one. That's how I feel. What can you do?
