I’m applauding this fantastic piece of writing. For a moment, it felt like I was there at the concert (sigh!) and instead, nothing... next time any hardcore band comes to Italy, I HAVE to be there!! Well done to you and well done to them :D

I'm late, but I want to leave a comment. I've listened to the album, and I liked it quite a bit. Like with the Freddie Gibbs & Madlib album, there are some great moments, but it didn't convince me 100%... I don't know, maybe I'm not very experienced with hip hop, but it wasn't a flash on the first listen (unlike what happened with Kendrick Lamar a couple of years ago and with Earl Sweatshirt last year). Still, a nice review; you can tell you wrote it "from the gut."

But I know "Toop Toop"! It was also the soundtrack for some TV commercials, if I'm not mistaken. I listened to the album on YouTube, and it's definitely not my style, but I acknowledge that it's very well produced and has catchy sounds. Let's say that if I were to have a barbecue in the garden, it could make for a good soundtrack :) you're always great.

You are incredibly skilled. The Loma Prieta have been part of my listens for a while now; they are amazing, but this one is missing. I will take care of it.

I don't know this band, but given the excellent recommendation from Harakiri For The Sky, I trust it. I'll search, listen, and then come back (since from the other names you mention, I should like it quite a bit). You're great as always :)

Nice little record for the warm season, it has that nostalgic yet sunny flavor that's cute and sounds good. Of course, not a masterpiece.

Beautiful album. I expected it to be heavier, but at times I find it a bit "airy" (a term to take with a grain of salt, eh). Anyway, it’s awesome. Plus, it’s very post-rock, and that really gets me excited.

Am I the only one who doesn't love this album?? I have nothing to say about the review, and since it's the first one you did, it turned out really well. The only problem is the album you're talking about, light years away from what I like... still, you're great, really!

Well-written review, there's no denying it; it’s a pleasure to read. This is definitely not my genre, I don't think I'll ever listen to something like this... good job :)
