Alright, I mentioned some individuals, but it was to make it clear that even in individual moments, Lucianone no longer has the same shot as in his early days... he used to have it, objectively speaking.

They are finished now... and in my opinion, they never made any 5-star albums.

I may be a bit harsh in sharing my thoughts, Primi, but albums like "Nome E Cognome" shouldn’t even exist for me, except for "Lettera A G," which is a breath of fresh air in the desert. Also, you mention "Buon Compleanno Elvis," which I don’t like that much (I wouldn’t give it more than a 6): among good tracks like "Seduto In Riva Al Fosso," "Leggero," "La Forza Della Banda," "Vivo Morto O X," or even "Certe Notti" (even though it's a bit overrated...), we find songs like the one you mentioned, "Viva!," the title track, "Hai Un Momento, Dio?", "Il Cielo E' Vuoto O Il Cielo E' Pieno"... in my opinion unnecessary, and "Nome E Cognome" does not stray far from those pieces in style. Skipping "Happy Hour," I could mention "Il Giorno Dei Giorni," "L'Amore Conta," or "Cosa Vuoi Che Sia," which I think perfectly follow that line... unfortunately. For me, it's not always enough to have good musicians to make a great album. It’s like talking about an empty painting in a beautiful frame. Anyway, it’s just my opinion, eh...

I also liked the review, and personally, I find it much more objective than the one you did previously on Ligabue ("Nome e Cognome"...). I'm not interested in the album; I only hold on to the first ones, defending them at all costs.

It's one of the strangest and most beautiful music videos I've ever seen. Moreover, it's done in animation... :)

Knowing about this news, I still haven't understood what direction Syria wants to take. If with "Un'Altra Me" it seemed like she had turned her back on pop songs, producing a good work filled with some covers of local rock bands, which were well-arranged (Mambassa, Marta Sui Tubi...) thanks also to the supervision of Cesare Malfatti, I hope that with this album she hasn't gone back to making rubbish under a pseudonym...

But please... the chorus of "Deca Dance" is really hilarious...

I instead greatly prefer "Short Invitation to Postpone Suicide," who knows why... followed closely by the title track. Not that "Brownian Motion" or "Gesualdo Da Venosa" are any less beautiful, mind you...

Good album, but the best, with Sgalambro, Battiato did it with the next two...
