@Tobby: In the past, there have been times when we strongly disagreed...

"Now even Miky Mix is the focal point for determining who thinks or not in the music field." Sorry Caz, but, as far as I know, Capa himself regretted that nickname he gave himself last decade in one of the songs from his debut album, and he recalls this several times in his subsequent works (see this "Habemus Capa"). And as Tobby said (one of the times I agree with him), I can't understand what's so "constructed" about Caparezza. So, sorry, but reading that Capa is a product seems silly to me. No hard feelings.

The only song I know by them is strangely the one mentioned by Geenoo.

"Also" repeated twice. Damned haste!

Bro, I understand it was a general discussion, but I, as a simple listener, don’t act like ā€œI know it all,ā€ especially since there are also things that, unfortunately, I don’t know well in the world of music. There are others here acting like know-it-alls. I just wanted to specify to Zzot that it really seemed like an exaggeration to call "Safari" the best album of 2008. "L'Albero," for instance, from Cherubini’s repertoire, seems significantly better to me, and also much more influential...

Ah, I almost forgot, always for Brat: "if you are part of the mainstream, then you can only make nice little tunes, but you can never even hope to reach Music with a capital M." Don’t worry, that’s not my way of thinking, unlike others... I’m the first to say that, besides the various sacred monsters, even the likes of Vasco, Liga, Jova, Madonna, Zucchero (and a few others) have done some beautiful things, worthy of being considered music with a capital M. Too bad not everyone likes this way of thinking...

Brat, I know very well that it's called "Amen," but I didn't feel like listing all the album names... I don't want to "spread shit" (you meant throw, right?), I simply (and I'm telling you as someone who appreciates Jovanotti's old albums) think it's WAY too much to say that this "Safari" is the best album of 2008. Period.

"The most beautiful Italian album of 2008 and also the most influential." Yeah, right... this little record the best of 2008... and "Bachelite" by Offlaga? And "Tra L'Aratro..." by Gazzè? And the latest by Caparezza? And the latest by Baustelle? And "Sushi & Coca" by Marta Sui Tubi? And "Senza Titolo" by Fratelli Calafuria? And the self-titled album by Calibro 35? And "Contatti" by Bugo? And "I Milanesi..." by Afterhours? And "A Due" by Beatrice Antolini? And "Per Brevità Chiamato Artista" by De Gregori? And "Ghostwriters" by 24 Grana? And "Le Labbra" by Benvegnù? I must be crazy, but I find them of higher quality than the latest by Cherubini...

@Bartleboom: Are you referring to Mike Centonze as the previous guitarist?
