Not only that... :D Having established that almost everything by Waits is of the highest level, for me it’s a close call with "Blue Valentine," "Rain Dogs," "Bone Machine," "Franks Wild Years" (since I discovered it), and all things considered, also with "Mule Variations"... :)

About the singers according to the Punisher "gone downhill": Vecchioni GONE DOWNHILL? I don’t think so. His latest album seems quite valid to me. Fortis, for better or worse, doesn’t hurt anyone, but I only like his early albums. For a while, Finardi seemed to have fallen off, but now it looks like he has rebuilt his career on solid foundations (if you know what I mean). Daniele had his YES period (up to "Bonne Soirèe") and then started his NO period with a few final sparks. Dalla... it’s been years since he’s made a COMPLETELY good album. Baglioni… similar story. Not to mention Bennato.

One of the albums by Prince that I grew up with... perhaps one of his best albums, talking about the period from the '90s to today, and I particularly agree on "Jam Of The Year," one of the standout tracks on the CD. I would also highlight "My Computer" and "Father, Brother, Sister, Mother/Wife" (I can't remember if that was the name...).
