And still no one notices that the cover of this cd is identical to "Arise"... pearls to (now) the swine!

I only heard "A New Day After Midnight," which I really liked. I have always promised myself to listen to it.

"A fart from Macca is better than the best song by Oasis." [mind you, I’m not crazy about Oasis] Ehhhhhh... really? :D "And U2, even in their minor works (certainly the penultimate two), are definitely better than many others, in terms of composition, interpretation, and the concept and originality of the work." I disagree. Personally, in the two albums before this one, it feels like I’m looking at a well-made frame in the middle of a painting that then amounts to nothing or little more. A painting that for me represents "All That..." and "How To Dismantle...": that is, a disappointment. Again, I repeat, maybe I’ll like this new album, but I was discussing the last few years, and before 2009...

In my ranking, in addition to Beyoncé, Kylie, Rihanna, and Lene, I also add Ellis-Bextor, Lene (Nystrom), and Sharon Den Adel (well done Cpt for mentioning her! :D)... but there are just too many, too many, too many, too many...

But doesn’t Lopez just not appeal to me aesthetically at all? XD

I quite liked it. "Outlaw Pete" and "What Love Can Do" stand out. Great review!

But what Scaruffian analysis... you know how much I care about Scaruffi... XD
Hole Celebrity Skin

LOL! :D Well, Ashanti, speaking of the Hole, "Live Through This" is for me the pinnacle of Love when they knew what they were doing, not a 5-star album but still a great CD. I won’t comment on "Pretty On The Inside" because I’ve never (unfortunately) listened to it. As for Courtney's solo album ("America's Sweetheart"), it suffers from the same old formula, too much fluff and not enough substance. The songs seemed flat and lacking energy at first listen, even though I still think she's charming. Maybe I should give it another listen, but for now, that's how I see it...
Giorgio Gaber Io non mi sento italiano

Perfectly written will and composed extremely well. Great the G... among all I prefer "Don’t Teach the Children" and "The Monsters We Have Inside."
