Arnold, if you're talking about rock, in my opinion, the party ended a long time ago... I search for new records, and the ones that strike me the most aren't rock. Everything feels like I've heard it all before and stale... Is rock dead then?? Booohhh, I'll leave the hard judgment to those who are in charge. I love OK Computer, not to mention Karma Police, which blew me away back in the day, but I prefer The Bends and Amnesiac. I'm in favor of doing reviews on an album when there are already some, but if it's about making a third one at most, there are a myriad of reviews for OK!!

eheheheh yes, that's right... in fact, it's something different that’s in balance... well, probably songs like see no evil and venus remind me in some ways of the early 80s simply because some bands from that period drew heavily from Verlaine and co., and then... even Tom’s way of singing seems to be borrowed, that's why it feels so eighties to me... at times, though, it sounds like Patti :-D.

Yes, perhaps the structure of some tracks, not all of them. Earlier, I said something foolish; it's not that Marquee Moon lacks what I liked about earlier rock (psychedelic rock), but it’s just twisted or reinvented. Maybe that's why, along with its apparent simplicity, I didn't understand it from the very beginning.

I don't know, ghemison, I'm speaking as a layperson.... I found a lot from the early 80s in it..... but I repeat, I'm basing this on my impressions and I'm certainly not knowledgeable on the topic. Prete, what do you think?

:-D yes, I know Zanna I used "picturesque" language but you can't stay silent after certain bullshit spewed like immutable sentences and then this review is from a damned useless fake like mosquitoes I couldn't care less about being refined and polite, I am selective about certain things :-)))

Interesting and beautiful review, Azzo... speaking of new wave, I'm starting to appreciate Marquee Moon by Television, a little late, but I've gotten there too... even if it doesn't drive me crazy since it lacks everything I liked most about rock up to that point, I recognize its importance and it truly is a pivotal album, it feels like the '80s even in '77... I know it doesn't matter a thing, but I wanted to mention that I've filled my terrifying gap :-)))

NeuralNoise:<<<I've always thought that women and music are two parallel lines... they look at each other but never meet! And this review reinforces what I think.>>> Go tell that to the numerous female classical and non-classical musicians, go tell that to Victoria Mullova, Diana, Joni Mitchell, Patti Smith, Moe Tucker, and as many more as you can name, idiot!!! Besides being poorly informed and ignorant, you’re also an idiot since you think Miciatigre is really a woman, learn to know women before judging them, jerk!!!

As Azzo says, you are misinformed because "Julia Dreams," "See Emily Play," and "Arnold Layne" – what are they? Suites? They definitely deserve a reassessment; it’s the PF album I’ve regarded the least. "More" is superior in my opinion.

Ah, I really enjoyed going to Bambi's concerts; we had a blast and listened to good music played well. I know this album, but not well enough to vote for it. Your reviews are a bit too concise; maybe a few more details would fit nicely :-))
